Founded in 2020, Sushi | Bar Hospitality quickly established itself with its premier location in Austin, Texas. The concept gained widespread recognition and praise, including a notable endorsement from podcaster Joe Rogan, who hailed it as the “world’s best sushi restaurant.”

An Innovative Approach

The essence of Sushi | Bar Hospitality lies in its innovative approach to omakase dining. Guests are invited into an intimate speakeasy-style setting, where a rotating menu showcases imaginative flavors using the finest sourced fish from around the world.

From ATX to Miami beach

Following its success in Austin, Sushi | Bar Hospitality expanded to Miami Beach, Florida, in October 2022. This expansion builds upon the original omakase-style concept introduced in Montecito, California, in 2018. Now located steps away from the Española Way promenade in the Esmé boutique hotel.

An intimate culinary journey

Each Sushi | Bar location encapsulates the ambiance of traditional Japanese sushi bars from the 1930s, creating an alluring and intimate atmosphere between the chef and the diner. Nightly patrons can also explore various drink pairings, including sake, cocktails, wine, and beer, to complement their dining journey.
